You're Destined for Greatness!!

Forget history because we are writing our stories right now with the choices we make daily. The best and most important choices are to choose life, choose Jesus and choose to love!!

"Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called." - 1 Timothy 6:12

Her Stories Will Teach You To Care

Sarah Schrack is a "Racer" with The World Race and blogs in an intelligent, honest, heartfelt fashion that makes a person understand and care. Her incredible and sometimes, ridiculous stories touch people even if they never knew how to care about anybody or anything because her love for God shines through.

"So many women don't know Who loves them, and they, therefore, can't show anyone real love. ...But love was never intended to be difficult to find...if you know where to look."

(Cause & Effect) Forgiveness, Sin and Consequences

It's crazy, just one wrong move and everything's just fallen Dominoes..or Janga LoL That's like what I heard on the radio today about how someone always pays in some way for a mistake made, whether they did it or not and whether they've forgiven or not. There are consequences. Forgiveness does a lot but it doesn't undo.

At the end of the day

What is most important? Life comes and life ends. Opportunities are taken away and opportunities are given. What matters at the end of the day is freedom in our Lord, our wonderful Savior, Christ Jesus, Son of the living God. To know Him is to know who you are, what you have and what you can do. To know Jesus is to know your purpose and significance of existence. To be in Christ is to have the missing piece of your spirit, final chapter in your heart, to know you have victory, to never doubt because of your faith in Him and trust that He has plans for our lives in Christ. At the end of the day, do you praise Him in your actions or deny Him? At the end of the day, do you know Him personally or just about Him? At the end of the day, is His love in your heart, or just in the Bible sitting on your shelf? We have to keep in touch with the Lord and read the Scriptures, especially in these times. At the end of the day and the beginning of the day, for that matter, all that matters is our God, the Creator of the universe. He said, in Psalm 24, The earth is the LORD's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.
When I see, I see God's beautiful creations and heavenly love.. When I speak, I think of His holy words and the power within the tongue, I think of His desire for us to speak to Him and to each other. When you are following Jesus, you know His voice and within, there is that battle of the mind over which thoughts to accept but when I hear, I listen for a still, small voice, a soft word. I hear a sweet sound, no matter the words, because the direction I have chosen (life), causes me to receive goodness from every sound and every thing. Perspective is not just mental because it is also a whole lifestyle. There is a standard that has been set! In a spiritual and physical world, it is easy to get swept up in the sensuality but when you give everything to God and say, lead me, you should be experiencing Him with all of your senses, no matter where you are or the time of day. Psalm 34:8 says, O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is that man that trusteth in him.

Remember we must fill ourselves up on Jesus, God's Word.
Store your treasure in heaven. Live life to the full and share the love of the Lord in all we do.
God bless always!

The Gospel

The Gospel is here for the lost. When you've been saved by Jesus Christ, you follow Him and "carry" your cross daily, forsaking yourself and worldly desires for those of God's kingdom! However, don't forget, you already heard the gospel and it is still here because people are still here who do not have it. We are not a religion but a faith and faith comes from God through the Gospel and the Word. There are still people who see nothing but pain and hypocrisy, hearts that have never been healed but only stitched back up by false hope and unhealthy relationships, minds that are medicated rather than renewed.
I have to say, I am only here because of Christ. If it were not for our wonderful Savior and it was just up to us, I'd have died a lost soul because I, too have suffered and still even to this day I struggle with the same issues as the rest of the human race. Yet, as a dear childhood friend of mine has recently passed away, I must point out, this world is not permanent and these issues are not everlasting..but our souls in eternity will be. Who do you want to spend eternity with?? There are two choices in life, life and death. When we die, we are either with or apart from our Creator and Savior. Covenants are made with blood and the Blood is just as transforming as it was on the day that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ was nailed to that cross at Calvary. My choice is life and freedom in Christ. Some people don't even know they have this choice.
Our example (what people see us do) helps to either encourage or discourage people who do know the Truth but are in a battle with themselves. The same way we help, we also hurt each other. Stop the hurt. Jesus heals all wounds and mends the brokenhearted. Thank You, Father.

Sometimes, there's so much to say that I stay silent. Words so many, words so few. Make sure your words make a better you. Make sure your words discover the truth. Never let your words or someone else's words oppress you. From the first words, let there be light, we've had a mission to shine!!
